Technical requirements:

3 to 5 yrs of hands on experience in Java/J2EE with exposure to recent java related technologies and frameworks are must. Full-Life-Cycle Development experience coupled with good communication skills & excellent people management skills

Responsibilities:

• Project delivery and Team management.
• Lead the requirement analysis and design phases.
• Estimation, planning and execution of Module/project.
• Design/Coding/Testing/ Debugging.
• To be a part of Each and every process of project management.
• Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
• Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the clients requirements.
• You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic.
• As Team Leader the Project Lead will be responsible for the management of the JAVA development teams. Management includes both project and line management.
• The Project Lead will be responsible for maintaining the correct skills levels in the Team and ensuring continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.
