Technical requirements:

We need a person with, Excellent working experience on PHP, & MySQL with 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with common open source PHP apps. Good concepts on Object Oriented Design/Development. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ajax, Smarty, Java Script, XML. Ability to Lead web development team & handle pressure and demands.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
• Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the client's requirements.
• You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic.
• As Sr.programmer you will be responsible for the management of the PHP development teams. Management includes both project and line management.
• Sr.Programmer will be responsible for maintaining the correct skills levels in the Team and ensuring continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.
